Third-Party Payment Processor

We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments. Agile with Edele does not store sensitive credit card details and instead relies on Stripe for this.

Stripe processes online credit card transactions for over 100,000 businesses, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. When you provide your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Agile with Edele or any outside party.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/enquiries, and improving our services.

We use a third party service, EmailOctopus to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their Privacy Policy.

We use a third party service, Hotjar for collecting user feedback and to analyse what our users are doing on our Website. This may include clicks, taps, mouse movements, scrolling activity, and some user input, for example if you fill in a poll or survey on our Website. Read Hotjar's privacy policy.

We use a third party service, LogRocket to help us track down and fix bugs, provide better support to you on your specific issue, and improve our product's user experience and design. Data collected by LogRocket includes pages you visit, links you click, non-sensitive text entered, mouse movements, as well as information more commonly collected such as the referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, and Internet Service Provider (“Usage Data”). All data held by Agile with Edele is securely stored within the European Union. We do not share your data with third parties unless otherwise stated on this Privacy Policy.

Agile with Edele do not store sensitive payment details. We use a third party payment processor, Stripe to process and store payment details. Stripe Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. For customers located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, Stripe complies with applicable laws to provide an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of your Personal Data to the US. We retain your Personal Data as long as we are providing our Service to you. We may also retain Personal Data after we cease providing our Service to you, even if you close your Agile with Edele account, to the extent necessary to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations.

Updating or correcting your Personal Information

We offer settings to control and manage the Personal Information we have about you, including the ability to:

  • Delete Data: You can ask us to erase or delete all or some of your Personal Information (e.g., if it is no longer necessary to provide Services to you).

Cancelling your subscription

We hate to see you go, but if you need to end your subscription, simply go to your account settings.

Deleting your account

You may choose to close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected], or writing to us at the address on our Impressum.

If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it via your account settings and wait until the end of your current billing cycle before we can proceed with the account deletion.

As long as there is no active subscription, we will delete your data, including your learning history, within 30 working days of your request. Some of your data may remain in our systems if we are legally required, or while we are legally permitted, to retain it.

Non-personally identifiable and aggregated information may be stored indefinitely.

Automatically Collected Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data").
