What is Agile with Edele?

We offer Agile and Lean training online using animated videos to explain the theory in a simple way, along with tips and advice that you can actually apply to your own context. Many of our courses also come with printable posters that you can keep close at hand, helping the concepts we cover become second-nature. You can find out more via our about page.

Who are you?

We're a small 2 person team based in Berlin. Edele looks after the content and Kieran looks after the more technical matters, but of course we help each other out when we need to! Our combined experience working with a multitude of different teams and business functions and introducing Agile practices means we've probably seen something similar to your environment! Edele has worked as an Agile Coach for over 5 years, and studied the topic for much longer, so sharing her experiences as your Virtual Coach seemed like the next step. Who is it for?

We've created our content in a way that both seasoned Agile practitioners and newbies to the field can benefit. Although our background is in the tech sector, we've also helped teams including Finance and Legal departments to adopt an Agile way of working. Furthermore, we've helped small start-ups to apply Agile in their environments. Whether you want to find out what "Agile" is, where to start, or are looking to improve your metrics and flow, we've got a course for you!

How does this differ from in-person training?

Our aim is not to replace in-person training courses, but to complement them. Many of our users have attended in-person training, but have a specific problem that they don't know how to solve. We try to use real-world examples and scenarios as much as possible in our courses, to help you recognise how the theory of Agile and Lead can be applied in the real world.

We also acknowledge that many in-person training courses are expensive, and require you to travel or spend time away from home. At Agile with Edele our aim is to make Agile and Lean learning more accessible - our lessons are designed to be short yet engaging — something you can watch on your commute, on your lunch break or whilst making dinner for your family.

We believe we can offer so much more than a 2 day training course, as our entire course catalogue is available 24-7 for the low-cost of for just €29 per month (plus VAT where applicable)

Do you offer in-person consultancy or training?

Yes, Edele is currently available for in-person (within the EU) and remote consultancy work on a part-time basis. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Why are some courses and lessons locked?

The majority of our courses and lessons are only available on our subscription plan. Simply upgrade your account for €29 (plus VAT) per month.

If you already have an active subscription, seeing a locked course means it isn't quite ready yet, but we'll be launching it as soon as we can. We'll send an email to our registered users as new content becomes available.

How long do I have to complete a course?

Agile with Edele is completely self-paced, so you can take the courses at a pace that fits your busy life.

As long as you have an active subscription, you’ll have access to all our entire course library, so if you need to go back to review a particular lesson, you can!

Are the courses available on other platforms?

Agile with Edele courses are available exclusively via agilewithedele.com. If you find our content anywhere else, we'd really appreciate the heads-up, so please email [email protected] and include a link to the content.

When will more courses be added?

We're constantly working on new courses and are adding new lessons every month. We'll send you an email as soon as we've added a new lesson, which you'll be able to check out right away.

I don't see a topic I'm interested in

We really want our users to drive the content, so if you have a suggestion for a lesson or course that's not available yet, simply drop us a line and we'll try to include this in the near future.

Are any of the lessons free?

Yes, a number of courses are available for free. This includes our Introduction to Agile and Lean and User Story Masterclass, so you can get an idea of what we offer before committing to a subscription. This free content adds up to over 1 hour of learning, which is more than enough to help you decide whether you want to see more.

When will more free content be available?

We currently don't have plans to release more content on our free plan. Agile with Edele is a small 2-person business, and we believe the affordable monthly subscription of €29 (plus VAT) is a fair amount for the effort that goes into producing the courses.

Why is more content not available?

We founded Agile with Edele in 2019 and are working hard to build our course catalogue. There's a lot of work that Edele performs to produce every lesson, including script writing, audio recording and editing, creating engaging animation videos and writing all of the closed captions herself. As we want each and every lesson to be high quality and engaging, we are unable to bring more content to you every month. By purchasing our affordable monthly subscription, you help enable us to continue producing more content so we can improve our offering to our entire community.

How much is Agile with Edele, and what’s included?

Agile with Edele offers a number of free lessons for you to try before you buy.

Once you're ready to see more, simply upgrade your account to access our entire course library, as well as all new content that’s released every month. is available for €29 (plus VAT) per month.

Can I get a free trial?

By creating an account, you'll get access to over 1 hour of free content. We believe this allows you to "try before you buy" and don't currently offer any trials to the entire course catalogue.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. You need to also be aware that:

  • We do not invoice before payment, only after.
  • We do not accept Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.

We use the Stripe payments platform to process all payments made via www.agilewithedele.com.

Why was I charged VAT?

We are legally obliged to charge VAT to private persons who access Agile with Edele within the EU. VAT is charged at the rate of the EU countries where our customers reside as outlined by The European Commission.

How do I get an invoice?

We'll send you an email with a link to your invoice after checkout, or when payment is taken on recurring subscriptions.

If you haven't received the email, or need help accessing your invoice, please contact us at [email protected].

Why is there an unexpected $1 charge on my bank statement?

Our payment provider Stripe may place a temporary authorisation charge of $1 onto your account. This check is to verify the card is valid prior to your first payment with us. Stripe will reverse the authorisation request immediately, but it may take 7-10 business days for the pending authorisation to disappear from your bank statement.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to end your subscription, simply go to your account settings.

I cancelled my subscription, how do I re-activate it?

We'd love to have you back, simply go to your account settings to complete your purchase.

Where is my data stored?

All data held by Agile with Edele is securely stored within the European Union. We do not share your data with third parties unless otherwise stated on our Privacy Policy.

Agile with Edele do not store sensitive payment details. We use a third party payment processor, Stripe to process and store payment details. Stripe Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. For customers located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, Stripe complies with applicable laws to provide an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of your Personal Data to the US. We retain your Personal Data as long as we are providing our Service to you. We may also retain Personal Data after we cease providing our Service to you, even if you close your Agile with Edele account, to the extent necessary to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations.

How can I delete my account?

We hate to see you go, but if you want to permanently close and delete your Agile with Edele account, please contact us at [email protected]. If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it and wait until the end of your current billing cycle before we can proceed with the account deletion.

When you delete your account:

  • We will verify your identity for security purposes before accepting the deletion request.
  • We’ll start working on your deletion request after we receive it, but some of your data may remain in our systems if we are legally required, or while we are legally permitted, to retain it.
Once your account is deleted, you can’t reactivate it, recover any data, or regain access. You'll need to set up a new account if you want to use Agile with Edele again.
