Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11/11/2019

By continuing to use our Website and services, you are agreeing to the use of cookies and similar technologies for the purposes we describe in our privacy policy. If you do not accept the use of cookies and similar technologies, do not use this Website.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier and the site name and some digits and numbers.

Most websites you visit use cookies to improve your user experience by allowing the website to ‘remember’ you, either for the duration of your visit (using a ‘session cookie’) or for repeat visits (using a ‘persistent cookie’).

Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (‘first party cookies’) or they may be set by other websites who run content on the page you are viewing (‘third party cookies’).

Why do we use cookies and other tracking?

To do a few different things:

  • to recognise you when you sign-in to use our Service, so you don't have to login again as you navigate to different pages
  • to keep track of your specified preferences and course progress, so you can pause and pick up where you left off watching a video, even on a different device
  • to help understand how people use our services, so we can make them better

The majority of the Agile with Edele Service wouldn't work without cookies - these are "strictly necessary cookies" and are always on when you visit us.

How long do cookies last?

Some cookies are deleted when you close the Website or browser. Others stay longer, and are saved onto your device so they're there when you come back.

How to manage cookies

Your web browser may allow you to change your cookie preferences, including to delete and disable Agile with Edele cookies. Please consult the help section of your browser.

Please note that if you turn cookies off, you won’t be able to use most of the functionality of our Service as all of our courses rely on cookies to track your progress.
